Ceiba Wellness
We design corporate off-sites and private experiences for people whose work never stops asking for their attention. Fewer inputs. Better decisions. Real recovery.
What we do
Ceiba is not an events agency and not a wellness retreat. We build offline environments with a purpose: give a team, or a room of leaders, the conditions to think clearly and leave with something decided.
01
Jungle, ocean, open air and silence. The place does half the work — we choose it deliberately, then design around it.
02
Sleep, movement, food and unstructured time are scheduled with the same rigour as the working sessions.
03
Every agenda is built backwards from the decisions your team needs to leave with. Output over programming.

For organizations
Leadership summits, executive resets, strategy weeks and team off-sites — venue, agenda, facilitation, food, movement and logistics handled as one design problem instead of five vendors.
You tell us the outcome. We build the environment and the days that produce it, then run them on the ground so your team can be present.

The best thinking your team will do this year won’t happen in a conference room.
Offline, by design.

Proprietary experiences
The same idea, applied to our own rooms: change the environment and something different happens. The Ceiba Protocol — an executive leadership program for women in cybersecurity, AI, technology and law — is the flagship. Our ocean and scuba immersions take it further.
Deliberately small rooms, accredited content where it matters, and environments — jungle or open water — built for the conversations that don’t happen at conferences.
The environment
Our home environment is a private property on the Riviera Maya — open-air kitchens, jungle paths, shaded work terraces and water. We also design off-sites at partner properties elsewhere.

Next step
A short brief is enough to start: dates, group size, and the outcome. We come back with a proposed environment and a shape for the days.
